Conducting Workplace Investigations: Bullying, Sexual Harassment and Psychosocial Risk

24 March 2026

When sexual harassment allegation arises, investigators must act with precision, empathy, and legal clarity. This hands-on workshop is designed to equip professionals who are tasked with conducting internal investigations with the skills to conduct a thorough, fair, and legally sound investigation—without the uncertainty.

Trauma can deeply affect any individual, so it is important for investigators to approach their work with an understanding of how to apply trauma-informed techniques. These techniques will help all stakeholders in an investigation to obtain accurate information from participants, while minimising the risk of the investigation causing harm.

Interactive & Practical

This is not a lecture it's a practical, scenario-based workshop where you’ll collaborate, reflect, and sharpen your investigative instincts.

Each speaker demonstrated great depth of knowledge but kept
to the salient points for the audience. The round-table exercise was a relevant case study and the host guided us through the aspects promptly and expertly.
The breaks were the right amount of time and the close of the day succinct!
Highly recommend the experience.
