Conducting Workplace Investigations: Bullying, Sexual Harassment and Psychosocial Risk
24 March 2026
When sexual harassment allegation arises, investigators must act with precision, empathy, and legal clarity. This hands-on workshop is designed to equip professionals who are tasked with conducting internal investigations with the skills to conduct a thorough, fair, and legally sound investigation—without the uncertainty.
Trauma can deeply affect any individual, so it is important for investigators to approach their work with an understanding of how to apply trauma-informed techniques. These techniques will help all stakeholders in an investigation to obtain accurate information from participants, while minimising the risk of the investigation causing harm.
