Rosemary (Rosie) Roach is a leading partner in the Employment & Workplace Relations team and Head
of Hall & Wilcox’s Perth office. With over 20 years’ experience, she advises on the full spectrum of
employment law and industrial relations matters.
Her experience spans performance management and disciplinary processes, workplace investigations,
industrial strategy and bargaining, as well as compliance with the Fair Work Act, including the National
Employment Standards.
Rosie works closely with HR leaders regularly supporting organisations to navigate evolving regulatory
requirements, workforce change, psychosocial risk and workplace conduct issues, helping HR
professionals identify risk, implement effective processes and respond confidently to change
