Prevot is a Special Counsel with broad experience in providing employers with commercial and strategic advice on a wide range employment and industrial relations law matters. He regularly works with clients in the government, mining, engineering, aviation, environmental, transport and logistics sectors.
Prevot frequently represents employers in the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission and Fair Work Commission. He also has an interest in complex and sensitive workplace investigations and associated legal advice. Prevot has a particular focus on advising employers on the design, execution and monitoring of a wide range of workplace industrial relations projects.
