Aroha has over 19 years' experience as a legal practitioner in Western Australia and Queensland. She has worked across a diverse range of industries including in-house in aviation, insurance, health and aged care. Aroha has significant experience at the coal-face of enterprise bargaining, payroll compliance and auditing, contract and policy review, and in dispute resolution. Having worked extensively in both employee and employer representation, Aroha thinks pragmatically when managing union relationships and resolving industrial disputes.
Aroha's clients include local government, pharmaceutical manufacturers, mining and construction, banking and insurance, and not-for-profit community services.
Aroha has previously volunteered as a legal adviser within the community working with organisations such as Mental Health Law Centre of WA and Nundah Community Legal Centre (Qld).
