Peter is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Melbourne office where he is a member of the Employment & Safety Group. Peter has extensive experience in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Courts and the state Courts on employment-related matters, including unfair dismissal, general protections, dispute under industrial instruments, breach of contract, sexual harassment, stop bullying, redundancy, discrimination and work, health and safety matters.
Peter has experience advising clients both in Australia and overseas on key areas employment, industrial and work, health and safety law. He provides complex advice on the application of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), long service leave, anti-discrimination, workers’ compensation and work, health and safety. He works with clients across diverse sectors including education, childcare, aged care, labour hire, faith-based organisations and logistics.Peter has also co-authored multiple pieces in the Privacy Law Bulletin, where he explores the evolving intersection between employment law and privacy law.
