Rebecca is an employment and workplace relations lawyer based in ABLA’s Melbourne office, with expertise across workplace compliance, disciplinary matters, enterprise bargaining, discrimination and sexual harassment, redundancies and award interpretation.

She regularly represents employers in disputes before the Fair Work Commission and has also appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and VCAT. Rebecca was instrumental in developing ABLA’s Workplace Sexual Harassment Positive Duty How-to-Guide, helping organisations navigate evolving compliance obligations.

Rebecca is a member of the LIV Workplace Relations Executive Committee and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of International Relations from La Trobe University.
