Kathryn is an experienced workplace relations and safety lawyer with over 25 years advising and representing employers across sectors including education, financial services, construction, aged care, property, hospitality, manufacturing and local government. She regularly advises on litigious and non-litigious matters, investigates and mediates workplace disputes, delivers training to all organisational levels, and presents at seminars and conferences.
Kathryn is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Law and holds a Master of Labour Law and Relations. She is a co-convenor of AHRI's NSW ER/IR/WHS Committee and sits on AHRI's National Advisory Board for ER/IRand is a non-executive director of The Cerebral Palsy Alliance which includes chairing their People and Lived Experience Committee.
