Jo Alilovic is the Director and founder of 3D HR Legal, a director of the WA Government entity My Leave, podcaster and author of “Homeforce”. Jo believes in creating great workplaces by challenging assumptions that leaders hold about what work looks like, and how, when and where it is done – and inspiring them to think what could be – all whilst ensuring actions are legally compliant. Her podcast The Juggle, promoting gender equity, has been downloaded over 70,000 times, and her book Homeforce - written to help employers overcome the challenges of distributed teams and build a productive and engaged home-based team - was winner of the Management and HR category in the Australian Business Book Awards in 2022.

Jo uses her more than 25 years of experience specialising in workplace relations laws to help organisations of all sizes establish legally compliant systems by providing plain English contracts and policies, educating staff in appropriate behaviours through interactive enjoyable training, and providing coaching to leaders and HR teams to support implementation of their systems. Jo works with clients across Australia with a special love for those in the south west. She loves spending time with her family in her second home in Donnybrook – the place where 3D HR Legal was born over 10 years ago.
