Diana has over 15 years of experience in employment and industrial relations law. Her clients trust her to navigate workplace challenges, manage risk, and deliver practical, people-focused solutions that align with broader business goals.
Diana has extensive experience advising corporate clients on a broad range of matters including enterprise agreement making, managing workplace change and restructuring, transfer of employment, terminations, disputes, workplace investigations, training and HR policies, remuneration and benefits and business protection issues.
Diana also regularly advises clients on matters involving cross-border employment issues as well as compliance matters including award and enterprise agreement interpretation and Fair Work Ombudsman investigations.
Diana’s industry experience includes professional services, technology, medical research, hospitality, retail and the not-for-profit sector.
Diana was recognised in Doyles Guide Employment & WHS Law Rising Stars – Victoria, 2024, among a cohort of future leading lawyers practising in employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety matters.
