Olivia is a Partner in Maddocks’ Employment, Safety and People team, with significant expertise in work health and safety, employment and industrial relations. Drawing on both private practice and in-house experience, she advises clients on complex WHS matters, regulator investigations, prosecutions, director and officer duties, and incident response. Olivia is known for delivering practical, commercially aligned advice that supports organisational objectives while managing legal and operational risk. She also provides tailored training to boards, management and employees on workplace safety, Psychosocial risks, AI enabled workplaces, Respect@Work, complaints handling and investigations across a broad range of industries.
