Jennifer is a Managing Associate in our Employment and Safety team, Sydney with expertise in advising both corporate clients and high-net worth individuals in all aspects of employment law including managing legal risks associated with both contentious and non-contentious dismissals, c-suite executive disputes, drafting and providing advice in respect of executive level service agreements (including incentive arrangements), workplace investigations discrimination, managing ill and injured workers, employee entitlements, industrial disputes, independent contractor engagement, restructuring and redundancy. Jennifer has extensive experience with complex litigation concerning enforcement of restraints of trade and misuse of confidential information, as well as whistleblower laws and work health and safety matters in all Australian jurisdictions.
