Ezra is an experienced Workplace Relations and Human Resources Advisor with expertise in award interpretation, enterprise bargaining and workplace investigations. With qualifications in Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Human Resources Management, he has worked across hospitality, retail, government, transport and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to joining Business Chamber Queensland, Ezra was the Employment Relations Manager at the Queensland Trucking Association, supporting employers across the transport, bus and waste industries. He has extensive experience representing employers before the Fair Work Commission and Queensland Human Rights Commission, as well as delivering workplace training and speaking on industry panels nationwide.
