David Dilger a co-founder and director of Edge Legal, a dedicated Employment & Safety practice for employers. He combines his technical legal expertise in employment and safety with a wealth of practical management experience achieved in a number of senior executive management roles.
David’s other previous senior executive management roles have included: Chief Workplace Relations Officer at an employer association, National HR Manager at a Manufacturing and a Telecommunications organisation, as well as Chief Executive Officer in Retail organisation where he led that organisation to National Finalist and Joint State (Tas.) Winner of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) People Management Awards. David regularly provides workplace training to managers applying his experiences arrived at in the Fair Work Commission, Anti-Discrimination Commission and Safety Investigations. David has a Bachelor of Arts and Laws, Master of Business Administration, Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training, Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice, and is an accredited DISC Advanced trainer.
