Cynthia brings a broad range of employment law experience having been involved in a number of employment law matters ranging from strategic employment advice and advising on restructuring and transformations, through to large scale employment related litigation. She regularly undertakes the role of workplace investigator for clients, dealing with issues involving bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and intoxication at work. Her investigative skills are highly sought after and for that reason Cynthia's investigation experience is extensive, crossing a variety of industries including telecommunications, entertainment and tertiary education. Cynthia often appears on behalf of major corporate clients across all jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia on a variety of issues such as restraint of trade matters and breach of contract cases.
