Cara has a Master of Laws from Melbourne University and over 15 years’ experience working across top tier workplace relations practices in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne. Cara has investigated and advised clients in relation to hundreds of workplace investigations involving bullying, sexual harassment and other psychosocial hazards.
Known for her practical, solutions driven approach, Cara partners closely with clients to understand their business, reduce legal risks and achieve practical results that are both legally sound and commercially intelligent.

When Cara is not in the office you will find her spending time with her family, her border collie or reading the latest books from Adam Grant.When not practicing law, Cara can be found guest lecturing at the Governance Institute and University of Western Australia, finishing off her Masters in Industrial Relations and Labour Law at the University of Melbourne or spending quality time with her family.
