Peter is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Melbourne office where he is a member of the Employment & Safety team.
He advises Australian and international clients across a broad spectrum of employment, industrial relations, and workplace safety matters. His expertise includes employee exits, workplace investigations, union disputes, anti-discrimination law, whistleblower protections, bullying and sexual harassment, transfer of business, managing ill and injured workers, employee entitlements and corporate restructures.
Peter is a keen advocate with extensive experience representing clients in complex disputes before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Courts, and State Courts. He regularly appears in unfair dismissal proceedings, general protections claims, discrimination and bullying complaints, workers’ compensation disputes and contractual litigation.
He works with clients across diverse sectors including education, childcare, aged care, labour hire, faith-based organisations and logistics.
Peter has also co-authored multiple pieces in the Privacy Law Bulletin, where he explores the evolving intersection between employment law and privacy law.
