Dr Robert McCartney is an Occupational and Environmental Physician with more than 20 years’ experience advising some of Australia’s leading organisations on workforce health, wellbeing and safety. A Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine with the Royal Australian College of Physicians, Robert specialises in the prevention and management of occupational injury and illness, return to work strategies and protecting vulnerable workforces. He is the Founder and CEO of Resile, an occupational health consulting business focused on helping organisations manage complex workplace health risks through practical, evidence-based solutions.
