Alicia Crossley is a Senior Associate in the Employment practice at Ashurst Perkins Coie. Alicia advises a range of clients in both the private and public sector on all aspects of strategic employment and industrial relations issues. This includes advice regarding employment termination, occupational health and safety and discrimination issues, enterprise bargaining and transmission of business. Alicia also provides employment advice in the context of corporate restructuring, sales and acquisitions and supports corporate clients in managing employment issues including in relation to senior executives.
Alicia has experience engaging with regulators such as the Fair Work Ombudsman and conducting and defending employment-related litigation in courts and tribunals, including unfair dismissal claims and general protections claims in the Fair Work Commission, state and federal discrimination claims and adverse action and employment related litigation before the Federal Court of Australia.
