Tony brings 20+ years of legal and practical WHS risk advisory and consulting experience across all industries: government and private to SafeTM. Throughout his career, Tony has held Partnership and leadership positions at Ashurst and Deloitte, was the company director, co-owner and shareholder of The Brief Group, was employed as a workplace safety prosecution lawyer for WorkCover NSW, a Police Prosecutor and Detective in the NSW Police Force.
Tony has coached, advised and challenged Boards and executives on how to consider and proactively manage WHS risk (physical and psychological), governance, reporting and exercising officer due diligence. Tony plays the role of Prosecutor for our SafeTM WHS Mock Courts.
