Tim has worked as a lawyer since 2001, specialising in commercial litigation and employment law. After doing his articles at a small firm, he moved to a mid-size firm in 2006, where he stayed for 10 years and was ultimately made partner. Elise Croft and Tim started Croftbridge in 2016.
Tim’s focus is on clear communication and practical advice. He is experienced in most West Australian courts and tribunals. He also assists businesses with non-litigious employment advice, from drafting contracts to managing difficult employee issues. Tim’s aim is to assist clients in understanding and navigating what can be a difficult and complex process, he will always fight for the clients rights whilst, at the same time, explore non-litigious, cost-effective solutions to disputes.
