Sarah brings expertise in a range of employment law matters, regularly advising government and private sector clients in managing bullying and harassment claims, psychosocial risks, investigations into workplace conduct and public interest disclosures, as well as providing advice in relation to compliance with relevant statute and industrial instruments. Sarah also has experience instructing in disputes under the Fair Work Act in Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court matters, as well as appearing for clients in the Fair Work Commission.
