Building a culture of trust and resilience in the workplace
In an era of heightened awareness, shifting legislation, and growing accountability, organisations know they must address psychosocial health and safety but many are unsure how to move beyond compliance toward sustainable, people-centred practice.
Through an evidence-informed lens, participants will learn how to:
Recognise psychosocial risks in patterns of workload, behaviour, and culture
Apply leadership and communication strategies that reduce harm and build trust
Integrate psychosocial risk management with WHS, DEI, and wellbeing frameworks
Equip leaders with the tools and confidence to have proactive, high-quality conversations that identify and mitigate risks early
