Laura has significant knowledge and experience in employment law, discrimination/equal opportunity law, human rights and privacy issues and workers' compensation law. Laura brings experience in advising and assisting private and public sector clients, including state and local government, Government Owned Corporations, universities and statutory bodies regarding a range of employment matters including investigations, litigation, disciplinary and dismissal matters, right to information and regulatory compliance matters and occupational health and safety. Through her work, including managing and having lead responsibility on complex litigious matters, Laura's advice and assistance to clients reflects an in-depth knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance and business needs to support clients find positive solutions.
