Kris Cotter is the Director of Synergy Safety Solutions and an award-winning workplace health and safety professional with nearly 20 years’ experience across construction, mining, energy and government environments. A former Principal Inspector with Workplace Health and Safety Queensland, Kris brings rare insight into how WHS risk and compliance are assessed by regulators and how those obligations must operate in practice within organisations.
Kris is a multiple award winner, including an International Stevie Award for Women of the Year – Industry, and is recognised for translating complex WHS legislation into practical systems that support both compliance and effective risk management.
