Having previously worked in commercial litigation, Katie has extensive employment law experience, working with a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors, as well as in-house. Katie has advised clients on a wide range of employment and industrial relations related issues including contract negotiations and drafting, the application and interpretation of various industrial instruments, performance management and management of injured workers; restructures and redundancies, discrimination complaints, investigations, disciplinary matters and termination of employment.
Katie also has extensive litigation experience, appearing in and briefing counsel for matters in the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW, Fair Work Commission as well as the Local, District, Federal and Supreme Courts.
