Justine McGillivray is an Organisational Psychologist with a strong commitment to advancing human factors in workplace health and safety. She is the co-founder and former National President of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology Australia (SIOPA), where she continues to contribute as a board member. With extensive experience across general industries and the resources sector, Justine applies human factors principles to improve safety outcomes in complex operational environments. She currently serves as the Principal Inspector -Human Factors within the Petroleum Safety team at WorkSafe WA, where she leads the Human Factors Capability Strategy; a multi-year strategic initiative aimed at enhancing both internal and external capability in major hazard facilities, petroleum, geothermal, and energy operations.
