Gemma Wheeler Carver is a Special Counsel at Kennedy Vinciullo and an experienced employment and workplace relations lawyer. Gemma advises on the full spectrum of employment law, including HR compliance, disciplinary processes, performance management, enterprise agreements, terminations, workplace investigations, and Fair Work matters.
