Carla Vinciullo is an experienced and highly regarded employment and workplace relations lawyer and founder/co-owner of Kennedy Vinciullo. For over 20 years, Carla has worked closely with organisations to help them navigate complex workplace challenges, manage legal risk, and build robust, compliant frameworks that support long term business success.
Carla advises on all aspects of employment law, including industrial relations, regulatory changes, employee management, workplace investigations, safety and compliance obligations, and strategic responses to emerging risks such as AI, data handling and privacy in the workplace.
