He is passionate about helping organisations, teams, and individuals become more effective through evidence-based, practical solutions. Bernie brings empathy, energy, and enthusiasm to his facilitation and consulting work. As a leader and psychologist with 25 years of diverse experience, he has worked across leadership development, training, organisational consulting, program development, mental health and psychosocial risk management, clinical therapy, and the management of professional development programs.
